The Experience of Working with ClimaShield

1. Enquiry and exploration
Consultants will reach out to you within 24 hours of your initial enquiry. We believe a successful project starts with the right conversation to understand your needs, space and your vision. You can also schedule a visit to our showroom to see our range of products in person.
2. Site assessment and quotation 
Our Sales Consultant will visit your home or site to take precise measurements and assess the space and provide a quotation.

Once the project is confirmed, our Sales Consultant will be in touch to ensure the project commences and progresses smoothly.
3. Confirmation, scheduling and updates
Our Project Success Executive will be in touch to ensure project kickstarts and everything flows smoothly. They will also update you on everything that’s required - from the installation date, paperwork and permits required, to how to prepare the space for the installation.
4. Installation and handover
We will take care and protect your home or site throughout the installation, and clean the site after the installation is complete. The Lead Installer will then do a full walkthrough and handover with you.
