Installation Process

Our workflow ensures that our team supports you at every stage of the project to ensure alignment with your needs and project objectives.
1. Project brief and consultation
Our consultants will arrange a call or meeting to better understand your project requirements and plans. We’ll walk you through the relevant product specs, certifications, and customisation options that best meet your build objectives, usage needs, and timelines. We can also host you (or your client) at our showroom if you wish to see the full range of products we offer.

2. Technical review and quotation 
After reviewing the project requirements, our commercial team will provide a proposal based on your provided floor plans and build schedules. If site access is possible, we can also conduct a physical assessment and on-site measurement. 

From there, we can supply a clear and itemised quotation with the relevant specifications, installation requirements, and timelines for your project.
3. Project confirmation and coordination
Once the proposal is approved, the Project Success Executive assigned to you will handle fabrication orders, communicate key timelines, and align schedules with your site or project manager. This representative will also provide regular updates and support you with necessary documentation like insurance coverage or site-specific approvals if needed.
4. Installation and handover
Our trained installation teams led by our Lead Installers can work within active project environments and coordinate with other vendors or contractors. 

On installation day, we’ll carry out standard site protection measures and work with minimal disruption to the surrounding work. We’ll also conduct a final walkthrough with you or your site manager upon completion to confirm that the installation meets all agreed project specifications.
5. Warranty and post-installation support
All our commercial installations come with product warranties and access to our after-sales support team. Our team also remains available after handover for post-install adjustments and maintenance guidelines.
