2. Site assessment and quotation 
Our Customer Experience Account Manager (CXAM) will visit your home to take measurements and to assess the space. This is followed by a detailed proposal with product recommendations and pricing tailored to your needs. This gets you a clear, transparent quote built around your brief and specifications.
3. Project confirmation, scheduling, and updates
After confirmation of the project, we will send a Site Technician to your place to take precise measurements for fabrication purposes. Our CXAM will continue to work closely with you before and during the project. We provide homeowners with regular updates at every step, from paperwork to fabrication orders, ensuring that you’re always in the loop and the project stays on track.
4. Professional installation and handover
Our installation team, led by our Lead Installer, will arrive at the site on your preferred date. They will introduce themselves to you before commencing with the prepwork, which includes a routine site check and project file verification.

Extra care will be taken to protect your space and the extended vicinity, such as apartment lifts, against damages and debris.

During installation, our team will vacuum and clean to reduce the debris and dust left over from drilling. The Lead Installer will also take you through a thorough check of the product and site, after we are done with the installation. Our team will also teach and guide you how to use and maintain your system.
5. Aftercare and warranty support
We give you a warranty that offers peace of mind with its comprehensive coverage. If you have any questions or need support after installation, our team is just a message or phone call away.
