- Prices quoted will be subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Gifts and vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
- All promotions are only valid in isolation, not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or vouchers. In the event that there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount or voucher, whichever he/she deems most appropriate.
- Orders must be confirmed by 31 March 2023 to receive the abovementioned discount and gifts (if applicable).
- The discount is not applicable to specialised services, accessories, and upgrades, which include but are not limited to: motors, and Wi-Fi bridges; additional remote controls; weather sensors; RainOut® fabric, clear PVC, non-ex-stock fabrics, custom powder-coating; box profiles; fixed framed panels; rental of scaffolding; staircase delivery; professional engineer approvals
- The customer may request an Estimate before placing a deposit. Do note that as the Estimate is given based on scaled measurements of a given floor plan: –
- An actual Site Visit will need to be scheduled for accurate measurements and site evaluations.
- The final quotation may vary from the Estimate you are given as a result of, but not restricted to, the following reasons:
- A discrepancy between the measurements used for the estimate and actual measurements
- Delivery via staircase is required due to lift height restrictions, in which case the following charges will apply:
- S$80 for the first 3 levels per blind set
- S$10 per additional level, per blind set
- Rental of scaffolding is required
- Professional Engineer approval is required
- In the event that the customer is unable to proceed with the order due to the inability to obtain MCST approvals, ClimaShield will refund the full S$250 deposit upon (i) evidence that our product is disallowed by the MCST of the development as indicated on the order form and (ii) forfeiture or return of the bonus gift vouchers.
- In the event that the final quotation exceeds the estimate given before an on-site measurement can be arranged, ClimaShield will absorb up to S$200 in price difference. If the price difference between the final quotation and the Estimate is more than S$200, the customer can also choose not to proceed with the order and the S$250 deposit will be refunded.
