What to Expect

1. Enquiry

General Enquiry
Call us, message us, email us for anything Ziptrak®️! We endeavour to respond within 12 hours with the answers. No hard selling, we promise; just the facts.

Get a Quote
If it's a price estimate you need, upload your floor plan (with dimensions) and we'll send you an estimate. For a proper quotation, we'd be delighted to come down for a no-obligation site consultation, at your convenience.

2. Site Consultation

Site Assessment
Ziptrak®️ blinds are custom-built to fit your site. This non-obligatory site assessment allows us to obtain precise measurements for the perfect fit, and identify potential site challenges.

Consultation
Got questions on the installation, fabric options and more? Our Site Consultant will be happy to answer them. After all, we want you to be totally comfortable with the installation process, and perfectly clear on what you'll be getting.

3. Quotation

Receive Quotation
You can expect to receive a quotation by email, anywhere between 1 to 12 hours after the site consultation. Our prices, payment options, and terms and conditions will all be included.

Confirm Order
Once you confirm your order, we'll get the fabrication started, and schedule an installation date with you. Time from payment confirmation to installation will be advised accordingly.

4. Installation

Installation
You'll receive a confirmation call 2 days before your appointment. The installation process takes about one day on average (for 3 blinds). Other than a little bit of drilling, there shouldn't be much noise disturbance.

Training
Once the installation is complete, we'll guide you through how to operate and care for your blinds (it's easy!). You will also receive a User Guide on maintenance and operation instructions.

5. After-Sales

Register Warranty
We'll automatically register you for both the Ziptrak® hardware warranty, as well as ClimaShield Solution's service warranty, so that your experience is hassle-free.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your Ziptrak®️ blinds, simply give us a call. We'll be ready to fix the issue, whenever you ask!
